How to use on-line Booking
You must first be a registered member and have been
allocated an on-line booking User Name and Password.
Select the date of the booking you wish to make by
either clicking on the arrows at the top of the bookings display,
or click on the date to bring up the Date Selection Calendar. On
the Calendar you can change month by clicking on the arrows at the
top of the display, then select the date to view by simply clicking
on the required day.
To make your booking click on an empty slot. A booking
form will pop-up confirming the court, date and time selected. Enter
in your User Name and Password and click on the "Book It" button.
Your booking will be confirmed, then click on "Close" to close the
pop-up screen. The Booking display will then refresh to display
your booking.
To change or delete a booking click on the timeslot
you have booked and a booking amendment screen will pop-up. You
must enter your User Name and Password to change or cancel this
booking. If you are cancelling the booking simply select the "Cancel"
option at the bottom of the screen. Or, to amend you booking change
the date, time or court, and select the "Edit" option at the bottom
of the screen
To complete click "Confirm". The amendments you have
selected will be confirmed, and to complete click "Close". The booking
display will then refresh to display any amendments you have made.
Note: Amendments to bookings can only be made by the
member who originally made the booking.
